Samantha is an Academic Advisor who supports students with course registration and helps them stay on track to achieve their academic goals
Samantha Ramirez is a proud first generation college graduate and former Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) scholar. Samantha holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from New Jersey City University and an A.A. in Liberal Arts from HCCC. Since entering the field of higher education in 2021 as a Work Study Student, she has demonstrated strong commitment to student success, particularly for underrepresented and first- generation college students. Inspired by her own journey, Samantha鈥檚 academic goal is to pursue a Master鈥檚 Degree in Social Work to further support and empower students in achieving their goals, with a strong emphasis on the importance of mental health and wellbeing.
