Visiting and non-matriculating students are eligible to register for most courses at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. However, some courses have specific prerequisites and require special approval before registration.

• MDA-214 – Medical Office Procedures II
• MDA-231 – Medical Assisting Externship
• MDA-232 – Medical Assisting Certification Review
• CAI-127 – Production Kitchen Skills II
• CAI-128 – Introduction to Garde Manger
• CAI-129 – Bakeshop II
• CAI-214 – Advanced Table Service III
• PFT-240 – Personal Training Internship

To enroll in any of the courses listed above, you must provide your HCCC Admissions Advisor with one of the following:

• Proof of meeting all prerequisites (e.g., prior transcripts), or
• A permission letter from your home college approving enrollment in that specific course.

Once your documentation has been reviewed and approved, your Admissions Advisor will grant course access so you can complete registration through your .

The state of New Jersey requires that we ask all students who are enrolled full-time (12 credit hours or more) to provide proof of measles, mumps, rubella, and hepatitis B immunizations. All new students, regardless if they are full-time or part-time, must provide proof of Meningococcal immunization, unless they are exempt. Students can provide evidence that they are exempt because of the following reasons:

• Medical reasons (such as pregnancy or immunity): Show a physician's statement or official record.
  
• Religious reasons: Show a statement from an official of the religious organization.
  
• Anyone born before January 1, 1957: Still most provide proof of hepatitis B immunization. 

We accept the following as evidence of immunization:

• An official school immunization record.
  
• A record from any public health department or physician.
